Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo today informed Governor Eddie Calvo that she has placed a temporary hold on a Navy proposal to lease property in South Finegayan and the former Tumon Tank Farm for Photovoltaic Systems infrastructure. Governor Calvo and several local families have expressed concerns with the Navy’s proposal to lease additional lands for this project.
