Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo today issued the following statement after attending a joint session of Congress to receive President Obama’s State of the Union address. She was joined by Lt. Joseph Crisostomo, USAF, who viewed the address from the House Gallery as her guest. Lt. Crisostomo is a former resident of Barrigada and graduated from George Washington High School in 2002. He was nominated by Congresswoman Bordallo to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy and was commissioned as an officer in the Air Force in 2010.  Lt.

Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo today issued the follow statement on United Airlines’ inclusion of Guam in their revised policy on Portable Entertainment Devices (PED). Beginning on November 20, 2013, United will begin allowing customers traveling to and from Guam and the other territories to continue using certain PEDs throughout the duration of their flight. This is consistent with policy implemented for all U.S. domestic flights following new regulations issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) that eased PED use during flight.
