Bordallo today announced that the U.S. House of Representatives has passed H.R. 5515, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019, by a vote of 351 yeas to 66 noes. H.R. 5515 authorizes $639.1 billion for national defense programs, with an additional $69 billion for overseas contingency operations.
