Bordallo Appoints Adam Carbullido Deputy Chief of Staff
Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo has appointed Adam P. Carbullido deputy chief of staff, where he will continue to oversee the Congresswoman’s press operation as communications director and serve as a senior advisor in her Washington, D.C. office.
Adam has worked for Congresswoman Bordallo since 2010, most recently serving as her communications director from 2014-2017. He was previously a legislative assistant, press secretary, staff assistant, and intern. Adam is also the treasurer of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Staff Association and a member of the LGBT Congressional Staff Association.
Adam is the son of Supreme Court of Guam Justice F. Philip and Mrs. Fay Carbullido. He graduated from Father Duenas Memorial School in 2006 and went on to receive his Bachelors in Business Administration in 2010 from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
